How we work

Editorial standards

Health content deserves care. Here is how we research, write, and review everything you read on this site.

Our purpose

ChiroRestore is an educational resource about chiropractic care and spine health. Our clinics are opening in the future. Until then, our goal is simple. We want to be the clearest, most trustworthy place to understand your spine, with no hype and no fear.

How we research and source

Every article is grounded in reputable sources. We rely on organizations like the National Institutes of Health, the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health, the Mayo Clinic, the Cleveland Clinic, the American Chiropractic Association, and peer reviewed journals. We link to those sources directly so you can read the evidence yourself.

How we write

We write in plain language at a level anyone can follow. We use careful, honest wording. When the evidence is strong we say so, and when it is limited or mixed we say that too. You will see phrases like "research suggests" and "many people report" because they are accurate. We never promise cures, and we never claim chiropractic care treats conditions beyond what the evidence supports.

How we review

New articles are checked before they are published. A person reviews each draft for accuracy, tone, and clarity, and confirms that the sources are real and relevant. We publish on a steady schedule because quality matters more than volume.

What we do not do

We do not invent doctors, staff, patients, reviews, or testimonials. We do not use fake before and after images. We do not present generated images as real people or real patients. When our clinics open, we will introduce our real team here.

This is education, not medical advice

Nothing on this site replaces care from a licensed healthcare provider. Always talk with a professional about your own situation, especially if your symptoms are severe, sudden, or getting worse.

Corrections

If you spot something that looks wrong or out of date, please tell us at [email protected]. We take accuracy seriously and we update articles when we need to.
